Waitlist Information

There's a waitlist for my player's team. What does that mean?

Most important: we expect at least some waitlisted players will receive spots!

Based on the count of the registration portal, the team has reached the initial team maximum - but a few things:

• At coach discretion, they may take a limited number of additional players.
• If we get enough players on the waitlist, we will be able to form a 2nd team.
• Historically, a few players opt to not play as we get closer to the season. Any available spots will be filled from the waitlist.

Waitlisted players are offered spots based on registration order, so it is important to register early. We will also guarantee your pricing through gear handout if a spot becomes available.

Also, please watch closely (and check your spam folder regularly!) for notification that your player has an offer extended from the waitlist. Offers must be accepted within the indicated time period* or we will move on to the next player.
*Time period allowed starts longer but will be reduced as we near gear handout and ordering jerseys/equipment.
